Not sure about the other buildings but my building has been having an ongoing problem with mice and roaches for months now and they can't seem to get it resolved. They are ignoring our problem about certain things falling apart because they are outdated and no longer have parts for them but aren't willing to upgrade them. There's also times when you can expect to run into drug addicts in the laundry rooms because there are no locks for the external doors into the apartment buildings. I am paying rent and when I put in job maintenance I shouldn’t have to go looking for maintenance or to the front office for the jobs to get taken care of. And when maintenance does show up they don’t seem to know what they have to fix and constantly asking me, they don’t look at the job tickets beforehand.
