It must be in the setup somewhere, either the creative decoder or your Sony. I looked up some pics of your equipment, it looks funky cool. See page 40 in your owner's manual to see how to apply surround processing to incoming 2 channel sources like your tv set. We have ratings, but no written reviews for this, yet. One fellow at a Sony store suggested I run the coaxial straight into the Theater system then HDMI outputs video to HDTV ...
You really don’t want this, ever, I promise. If there are no two wires touching, then remove the speaker wire correlating to the problem speaker. Twist the cable into a tight line again, clip the exposed speaker wire to approximately 10mm or .4 inches, then tighten the cable back into place using the binding post.

Connect the center speaker instead of one of the front speakers with the front speaker cable. All of the speakers are working, but sound a little off. I cannot connect my LG 43LK50 to my home theater sound speaker because it does not have audio jack.
If the speaker is still not outputting any audio, then it is possible that something is wrong with the receiver’s port or the speaker itself is defective. You can easily test this by disconnecting the speaker wire from a known working port, then connecting the spare speaker wire to the known working port. Speakers have drivers that move the speakers in or out, this is how the sound is created. If a speaker is “out of phase”, it means that it is contradicting what the other sources are doing. For example, there are 5 speakers, 4 speakers move outward simultaneously and one speaker retracts inward. The speaker that retracts inward is “out of phase”.
Oops! Looks like we're having trouble connecting to our server.
As I said, I use non-HD viewsat-ultra FTA satellite receiver. And red/white cable (is this digital?) to connect to my hometheater system. I am very sure that my connections are fine.
If the auto-calibration has not done this already, raise the crossover point for the speakers. Small speakers typically cannot produce deep bass very well. It takes a big driver or speaker to produce this type of sound. So if your speaker is only capable of producing 100Hz and higher, and the crossover is set to 80Hz, then frequencies ranging from Hz may sound off. Note that the crossover point is not a “hard barrier”. The crossover is basically one speaker passing the sound to the subwoofer.
Help! Center speaker not working..
Thirdly, the device sending the sound to the AVR can also be adjusted to either send stereo or DD5.1 audio . If you send a stereo signal to an AVR and the AVR does "processing" of that signal, then the sound out the speakers will depend on what processing is done. If there's a way to reset the receiver to factory settings it may be worth it to do that and then go from there. I've also gotta say it's gotta be in your setup. Even though you've probly done this a hundred times i'd go through everything again and probly again. Make sure to connect the speaker cable with matching (+/-) polarities.
If there is still no sound from the rear speakers after you have completed the above, follow these steps for additional troubleshooting. The illustration above provides you with the ideal set-up and sound mode setting for a 2-speaker set-up or for all speakers (5.1 set-up). If that works, then it is either the fact that what you are watching is not encoded with a surround sound - soundtrack, or the A/V receiver is not on the correct decode mode. May be as you said, in Dolby prologic II music, it will be like that only. I was also having setting to adjust sound level from each speeker.
Its movement is contradicting the movement of the other speakers. To check the phase of the speaker, you will need to look at where the leads or cables are connected on both the receiver/amp and speaker. Depending on the cables used, the red or marked wire will almost always connect to the positive(+) jack and the other cable to the negative(-) jack.

It is rare that a single speaker is not working at all. If the wires correlating to the speaker are fully connected, but the speaker is not making any sound, then you need to check the integrity of the speaker wire. If you have a multimeter, then test the impedance level. To test the impedance level, set the multimeter to measure ohms (Ω). Disconnect the speaker wire and touch the red probe to the red or positive speaker lead, and touch the black probe to the black or neutral speaker lead. The multimeter should read anywhere between 6-16ohms.
I raise the sound level from BR, BL speekers, now it is better. If I select Dolby prologic II music, I am getting the sound from center speeker too. Dolby Pro Logic - Center channel dialogue sent to the center, LF & RF active and surround sound sent to the rear surrounds. Connected everything as suggested, everything looks okay. But, if I am on TV, hometheater CENTER SPEEKER IS NOT WORKING. If I am on DVD, only for some DVDs I am getting sound from center speeker, for some DVDs I am not. When using 2 channel sources it defaults to 2 channel stereo mode so sound only comes out of the left and right front speakers and the sub.

Also your FAQ section is very much helpful. That will be wonderful if you have a section where you have all acronyms at one place. STB, AVR, SD. Now I am okay, but at very first day when I saw your response, I did not even know what a DD5.1 / DD2.0. Not just word expansion, but the meaning in one line helps greatly the new comers like me. I think, by this time you understood what equipment I am using.
Creative 5.1 sound blaster audigy FX only Fr & Centre & Sub speakers working. We do have an acronyms FAQ, but it doesn't contain "explanations". At the top of the acronyms FAQ, there is information on how to get additional information regarding acronyms. There is no inexpensive way to add a digital input to an AVR/HTiB.
If you are not able to get any surround sound effects when playing audio, there may be a problem with your hookup or there may be an incorrect setting. Follow these steps to try to resolve this issue. If your Sony is connect to the TV with HDMI-ARC or optical check the TV audio menu. If the Audio out → TV center speaker mode is set to OFF, turn it ON. This information is provided to help with using your TV speakers as a center speaker with your audio system or soundbar.
